Windward Pest Service recently came out to check out our future home as part of the buyers inspection. They did a great job of checking the house and letting us know of any potential concerns. When I had a few additional questions about their report, they responded to my emails super quick and were able to eliminate my concerns! Would absolutely recommend their services!

Very pleased with the service they gave us. Front office was very responsive, and the guys in the field were very fast. We have a pretty big house and had exclusion services around the roof line, which was a pretty big project. They were done quickly, and were less expensive than the other quote. Highly recommend them!

After coming from some of the larger companies who would routinely not show up and bill for services that were not done, it is such a breath of fresh air to be apart of the Windward family.

Every member of the staff is extremely personable and they go above and beyond every time. We had a major ant problem after purchasing our home last year, and when we told our tech about the issue, he did whatever he did and we have not had anymore problems with ants. He also makes it a point to check in on us to see if we are having any more issues.

I heard about Windward Pest Services from a friend who recommended checking out their competitive pricing and friendly service. After reaching out to Windward Pest Services, I was extremely pleased with their courteous, professional service and the savings offered on my Termite and Pest Control services I transferred from another company. Windward Pest Services contacted me the same day I reached out to them and walked me through the transfer process for my pest control and termite bond. Ashley, the customer service representative, was very timely and provided excellent service and communications follow-up.

Once the services were scheduled, Windward Pest Services showed up exactly when the appointment was scheduled and completed the transition - even performing the removal of my former company's terminals since that company did not show for their appointment. The service was followed up with a same day email providing the summary, recommendations for future service, and an online invoice.

Overall, I have had an excellent experience with Windward Pest Services and would recommend this company to anyone looking for great service at lower rates.
